MADE IN SPOKANE
The Makers Mark
"Made in the Inland Northwest" and "Made in Spokane" was design to address a common concern for a lack of attribution of manufacture or hand made goods specific to the geographical designation of the Inland Northwest within the Cascadian Bioregion.
This was an identity for makers in the city of Spokane and the greater Inland Northwest to use in branding their goods accordingly. It received support from Treatment (a creative agency in Spokane attached to Terrain) and members of a group attempting to make the concept of Made in Spokane a reality. This project evolved into the storefront FROM HERE, based out of River Park Square.

This logo mark was meant to honor the native Sp'q'n'i people and the bridge (metaphorically) between the modern city of Spokane and it's roots/the originators of the land; past, present, and future of the city/region; and the bridge between it's inhabitants and nature.
A word mark and optional logos were presented as well as a landing page for the project.
